Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the ABDA’s 2019 Annual Industry Conference! We look forward to seeing all that you have to offer Depots around the province.
The Trade Show will run on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You are welcome to set up anytime after 7:30 a.m. Alternatively, you may set up on Friday evening following the Cocktail Hour. We will follow up with all registered vendors regarding set up times and other details closer to the event. We will be hosting a Cocktail Hour between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. on Saturday close to the Vendor hall. Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and you are able to take down your booth at anytime after that.

Saturday trade show - one booth, including 6’ table
Meals - join us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday
Awards gala - celebrate the accomplishments of Depots on Saturday evening, beginning with a Cocktail Hour in the Vendor Hall. Then relax and enjoy the party!
To register as a vendor, you will need to purchase one main representative registration. You then have the option of registering additional representatives at a reduced cost if you are having anyone join you. Alternatively, you can also participate during the weekend as a Sponsor. If you are interested in our Sponsorship Packages (which include registration options) or donating a Door Prize, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Main representative: $400 ($500 after early bird) +GST
Additional representatives (optional): $300/person ($400 after early bird) +GST
Hard-wired internet connection (optional): $75 +GST
Power at booth (optional): $20 +GST
Access to wi-fi is free but there are a limited number of hard-wired internet and direct power connections available. If you require a direct internet connection, please choose the “hard-wired internet connection” option on the main representative purchase for an additional $75 fee. If you require power, please choose the “power required” option on the main representative purchase for an additional $20 fee. If you do not indicate this as a requirement, we cannot guarantee that a connection will be available to you during the event.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Booths are not officially reserved until payment is remitted, as space is limited. For 2019, we can accommodate 15 booths; registrations beyond 15 will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted if/when spots become available.

Please be aware of the following cancellation policy and the ABDA's Event Terms & Conditions when registering:
If cancellation is made prior to September 30, a refund will be granted minus a $50 processing fee
If cancellation is made after September 30 but before October 11, a refund of 50% will be granted
If cancellation is made after October 11, no refund will be supplied
When reviewing refund requests we will take into account exceptional circumstances
Any accepted cancellations will be processed 14 days after the last day of the event
