Mary is from Calgary and fell in love with Edmonton when completing her Bachelor of Commerce at the U of A. She is a CPA with diverse experience in accounting, audit, and finance. Mary is excited to apply her skills to help Depots with the UCA Review Program and in Handling Commission Reviews.
When not at work, you can find Mary enjoying nature with a hike or retrieving cat toys lost under the couch.

Sushma Dalal

Sushma is originally from beautiful Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the U of S. She moved to Edmonton in 2000 when she got married, and has been here ever since. She pursued her Medical Esthetics Certification and has been a passionate member of the cosmetics industry for over 20 years, first as an educator and then as a Director of an Esthetics School.
In 2019, she decided to put her esthetician hat away and pursue something new - Office Management/Administration/Bookkeeping, and as they say…. the rest is history!
She is the lucky mom of two awesome little boys. In her spare time, she loves to read, Zumba, travel, nap, go to concerts (missing this one very much as of late) and craft. She loves a good London Fog all hours of the day, all things in the pantone of purple and will forever be a Backstreet Girl!

Ron Meeres

Ron provides direct support to Members in the southern half of the province. Contact Ron to learn about Member offerings, including orientation resources, operational questions, programs like Applaud a Depot, and more.

Ron has been in the Depot industry for over 20 years, with extensive experience in operations through his work as a Depot manager. During that time, Ron also served on the ABDA Board of Directors for over 10 years before joining the ABDA as a staff member in 2021.
He has taken numerous courses over the years with the Haskayne School of Business Executive Education programs with the University of Calgary. Some of the courses include Business Essentials, Business Innovation, and Supply Chain Management, and Project Management with the University of Alberta.
Ron considers himself fortunate to be born in this province, and spends much of his free time enjoying exploring it with his wife and their four young adults. He is an avid fly fisherman, and ties many of his own flies. He enjoys riding his recumbent trike around Calgary and on trails, and other sports, having coached both football and baseball at the youth and young adult level. He also enjoys watching hockey, football, and is beginning to watch a bit more soccer as well.

Shaelene Sundlie

Shaelene has a bachelors of commerce degree from the Alberta School of Business. She majored in marketing while in school as she loved having the opportunity to work closely with people, identify needs, and creatively find solutions to communications shortages. Additionally, she enjoyed learning about strategy, entrepreneurship, and management. However, her post-secondary degree journey was not linear and she initially began her journey in Red Deer taking a bachelors of science before transferring to the University of Alberta to specialize in ecology, environmental sciences, and evolution. Although she was passionate about the environment, a business degree was ultimately a better fit.
Shaelene is currently based out of Edmonton and has lived in the city for several years now while attending school and operating a residential cleaning business. However, she grew up in rural Alberta and the countryside holds a special place in her heart.
Outside of work, she is usually hanging out with her pets. She has a dog, cat, and a horse! She loves being outside whenever she can and has a deep appreciation for nature. Her weekends are often spent doing activities like hiking and fishing. She likes to keep busy and try new things whenever she can.
