The ABDA Board of Directors is responsible for:

Assessing and setting the overall direction and strategy for the Association and Member Depots.

Governing the affairs of the Association according to our bylaws.

Hiring the President, who leads our day-to-day operations and hires and oversees the rest of our administrative team (i.e., employees) and suppliers.
