2025 Alberta Depot Conference

Get ready for an exciting, informative event where you’ll learn about industry innovations, connect with fellow depot operators, and meet the ABDA Board of Directors and staff.

Venue: Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre 

When: September 21 & 22

We’ve made some important changes to this year’s format to make it easier for more depots to attend:

• A new Sunday/Monday schedule means no Saturday closures for depots

• Only one hotel night will be needed for most attendees

• Tradeshow starts Sunday afternoon, followed by an Awards Banquet Sunday evening

• Full conference day and tradeshow on Monday, wrapping up at around 5pm.

The Sunday Night Awards Banquet will celebrate our 2025 Depot Awards of Excellence winners. Tickets for the Cans for Kids 50/50 Raffle in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta will be available, with the draw being held Monday afternoon.
