End of Support
Microsoft has announced that Windows 10 support ends on October 14, 2025.
After that, no more security updates, patches, or bug fixes will be released.
This means your system could become vulnerable to new malware, viruses, and cyberattacks.
Security Improvements
Windows 11 (and future versions) are designed with modern security features. These aren’t backported to Windows 10.
Performance & Efficiency
Windows 11 is optimized for newer processors and runs more efficiently on modern hardware.
Better memory management, battery life optimizations (for laptops), and faster wake/sleep cycles.
Software & Hardware Compatibility
Going forward, rePOR will be optimized for Windows 11 (and later), not Windows 10.
New rePOR installations will not be done on unsupported computers.
