
Registering for the 2025 Alberta Depot Conference
Step 1: Website Access & Login
You can access the registration webpage by navigating to: https://albertadepot.app.neoncrm.com
Your Login Name will be your industry email account. You will need to set a password by clicking ‘Having trouble logging in?’ button.
Enter your industry email account as prompted and click ‘Continue’. You will receive an email with login information, so check your industry email account. Follow the change password link and you can set the password for your account.
After setting your password, you will be logged in to your account.
Step 2: Accessing Event Registration
From the top right drop down menu, select ‘Upcoming Events’:
Click on the ‘2023 Annual Industry Conference’ link to see the full event details. Please read through all the information before registering. The page includes details on pricing, what is included, hotel options, and cancellation policies.
Step 3: Registration – First Page
Pricing
There is only one ticket type for all attendees. Please indicate the quantity of tickets required.
If you represent multiple depots and are the only attendee, you only need to register once under the depot of your choosing.
Step 4: Registration – Second Page
Individual Details
We have set up the registration to include employees associated with your company in our files. If those listed are not attending, simply leave their names unchecked.
Step 5: Registration – Third Page
Attendee Detail
The First Name, Last Name, and Email address are mandatory fields for each attendee. Dietary restrictions/allergies are optional.
Event Sessions
Each session includes a meal. You have the option to bring guests who are not registered to meals by purchasing their meal tickets separately. Guests need a ticket to receive a meal. (Guests often include spouses for the Saturday Gala.) If you need more tickets than available in the drop down, please reach out to us.
If you do not plan to attend a session/meal, please indicate this during your registration by selecting “Not planning to attend” from the dropdown for that session. This will help us accurately order food for attendees.
You will be able to see a payment breakdown at the top of the page if you click on the total. Please note the postal code has to be entered into two separate fields as shown below.
Communications
You will receive a confirmation of your registration from the ABDA to your industry email and a confirmation of your payment to the email entered when paying.
Step 6: Hotel Accommodations
The registration page includes hotel room booking details. We have secured a competitive rate for either 2 Queen or Select King/Premier King at $131/night. Below is the information required to secure your reservation.

Standard Room (1 Queen, 2 Queen, or 1 King) - $131/night
