Walden Bottle Depot (Calgary) - June 16, 2017

The most recent recipient in the Applaud a Depot program is the Walden Bottle Depot! This location is the newest Depot in Calgary, and is a fantastic example of the positive evolution of the bottle depot industry in recent years.

One of Walden Bottle Depot’s customers, Vlad, shared his story of visiting the Depot, saying “they have the most accommodating and friendly staff, on top of the good facility.” Vlad shared with us that he was skeptical at first of this Depot being constructed and opening in his neighborhood, but the attractive and well-maintained building and the outstanding service by staff members has changed his perspective. This goes to show that the Depots of today are ever-improving and striving for excellence.

MLA Rick Fraser joined Vlad and the Depot staff to celebrate their success and to encourage ongoing contributions to the community.
