Leduc Bottle Depot - October 2018

The Leduc Bottle Depot received some warm words as one of their customers was the most recent draw winner in the Applaud a Depot program. Their customer, Terri, left comments indicating that their “customer service is phenomenal, and staff are always pleasant.”

The Depot is well integrated in the community and has partnered with organizations including: Learning Inclusion Networking X-cellence (LINX), which offers services for adults with developmental disabilities; Riseup Society, an organization that brings hope and healing to those impacted by domestic abuse; as well as the local Air Cadets and Scouts, among others.

The Depot has undergone some major improvements, including a transition from a drive-up service model to a walk-in Depot. Terri also noticed some changes, indicating that “they have opened up an express line outside for their busy days.” According to Leduc Bottle Depot owner Russell Klak, there are more positive changes on the way to enhance the customer experience.
