What is QuickDrop?

QuickDrop is an automated service to create a smooth transaction for you as a Depot customer. QuickDrop allows you to drop off your bags at any Depot offering the QuickDrop® service and see your refund added to your account once the Depot staff have finished counting it. No line-ups, no waiting - just bring your bags in, print your labels, and go!

How does it work?

First, you'll need a QuickDrop account. Visit a participating location to sign up for your account, provide a valid email address, and the Depot staff will send you a link to finish setting up your account.

Once setup, you'll receive a QuickDrop card - remember to keep this handy for future transactions! You'll need it each time you drop off your bags at the Depot.

The link in the email that is provided to you will allow you to set a password for your account and access the QuickDrop portal to view your account and monitor your Drops.

What if I forget my password?

No problem. Just head over to to https://quickdrop.ca/Home/ForgotPassword and you can reset it yourself!

You can also call or email your regular Depot location and ask them to send you an email to reset your password.

What if i lose my card?

A new card can be issued at any participating Depot. A fee may apply to replace your card.

Which depots can I visit?

Not all Depots are equipped or able to accommodate the QuickDrop program. Check with your local Depot to see if they use the program. Find a list of Depots at findadepot.ca
