ABCRC Edmonton moving to a new location

ABCRC will be transitioning our Edmonton processing functions into a single facility between Friday March 1, 2019 thru Monday March 4, 2019.

During this period, our Edmonton staff will not have regular access to email and our phone system will be offline. Once our phone and email functionality has been restored, a notice will be provided to the depot network and regular communications can resume. Transmission of eR-Bills will be not be impacted by the outage.

There will be no pick up service for Edmonton City Depots starting Friday, March 1, 2019 at 12 PM until Monday, March 4, 2019. This means that booking for Monday March 4, 2019 pick-up will occur on Friday March 1, 2019. Additional shipping containers are available if your depot would like additional inventory during this outage.


Scheduling and Pick-ups for Alberta Rural Depots and any Calgary Depots will be unaffected, please follow normal practices.


Once ABCRC has moved and is in the new building, processing and service pick-ups will resume. Our goal is to be back to normal operations as soon as possible.
